God has gifted us this precious life to lead it happily. We have been bestowed upon with enormous sources with capacity to explore them towards bringing up ourselves and our progeny to the best of our satisfaction. To serve His purpose, we need a little amount of efforts in right direction. But in course of time, man has developed a number of evils also like our greed resulting into a major imbalance in the distribution of the assets. This imbalance creates a number of problems – some of us have been infected with a variety of mental, social and physical diseases and some others get enjoyment. We are seeing the society comprising of “Haves” and “Have-nots”. Those who enjoy become target of those who are not able to get the feel of enjoyment.

Enjoyment means happiness. It is not necessary that you would be surely happy if you have all the material things on your disposal. It is there that someone is very happy in spite of the fact that he does not have so much as you possess. To be happy, you need the real source of happiness whether that is your health, your sense of spirituality, squaring up your obligations towards your child-care, your arrangement of getting family members having full life insurance, your vehicles are fully covered with proper auto insurance policies, you have got expert services by renowned physicians/health care takers or you have got no liability and you are having proper social status, you have got sufficient real estates, luxuries, gems, currency, credits and antiques in your possessions to lead in your emergencies and your off-springs are well looked after.

Your health is an important factor of your happiness. It is a state of your complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. It is a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities to meet any exigency and achieved through a combination of physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Your sound physical health can be a result of undertaking regular exercise, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest for physical recovery. Mental health is also equally important. It is a state of emotional and psychological well-being in which you are able to use your cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life and looking at how effectively and successfully you function. Feeling capable and competent; being able to handle normal levels of stress, maintain satisfying relationships, and lead an independent life; and being able to bounce back, or recover from difficult situations, would be signs of your sound mental health. Factually, there are four general determinants of health including human biology, environment, lifestyle, and healthcare services Thus, health is maintained and improved not only through the advancement and application of health science, but also through the efforts and intelligent lifestyle choices of the individual and society. If it is not there, you may not feel true happiness in your life. You need to take care because if health is lost, something appears to have been lost.
Some time, your sense of spirituality also plays a vital role in restoring your happiness. Life is full of major and minor crises — the ups and downs of health, success and failure in career, marriage, and divorce — and all kinds of characters. It is tied to places and events and histories. With all of these felt details, life etches itself into memory and personality. It’s difficult to imagine anything more Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned through material possessions only. It can be a spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude whether you have anything, something or everything. Your anxiety about what is this universe, from which point it started and when is its end, why and how you came into being, what you are doing for, why you are doing and what would happen if you do or do not a particular job, what will happen to you, your family members and your possessions may steal your happiness. Though no detachment with all these is recommended, an over-emotional attachment is also not warranted as it may be injurious to your happiness if any untoward incident takes place. You need to adopt a balanced attachment with all such questions to make your happiness a permanent feature of your life.
In search of your happiness, you can be affected with the questions like how to square up your obligations towards your child-care, how you would make arrangement of getting family members having full life insurance, how your vehicles are fully covered with proper auto insurance policies, whether you have got expert services by renowned physicians/health care takers or you have got no liability and you are having proper social status, How you can get sufficient real estates, luxuries, gems, currency, credits and antiques in your possessions to lead in your emergencies and your off-springs are well looked after. Though these are material things, it makes disturbance to your happiness. You need to draw out a plan for defining the actual demand and supply equation. If there is deficit, you need to take action for meeting deficit or sort out the priorities in case you feel the deficit is too big.
In search of happiness, you will have to believe upon yourself that it can be done. When you believe something can be done, your mind will find the way to do it. Believing on you is precondition of finding solution and it paves the way to solution. You will have to eliminate the words like “impossible” “Won’t work”, “Can’t work”, “No use trying” from your thinking and speaking vocabularies.
In search of happiness, you need to put off the traditions if they are obstacles in getting your aim. They must not paralyze your mind. You need to be receptive to new ideas. You need to be experimental to try new approaches and be progressive in everything you do. You can gain a lot if you take risk but with due precautions and prudence.

In search of happiness, you need to ask yourself daily, “How can you do better to get happiness? How can you do more?” There is no limit for self-improvement and happiness. When you ask these questions yourself, they will give you the answer and proper direction will appear before you. Capacity is the state of your mind and that will get increased when your mind is there to get success and ultimately happiness. Try them seriously.
If you are in distress due to any reason, don’t hesitate to ask your close friends, your relatives or those you know a little bit. Try to listen a lot with a few questions only. The biggies always believe in listening but they do whatever they find the best in their listening. If you speak continuously without permitting other one to speak about, your single mind may not get the solution easily because sometime the second persons eye more out of you than you do yourself. You need to stretch your mind further, meet a number of people and expand your social network. It will help you to restore your happiness.
