6. Drink more water
While cocktails taste good, the more you drink, the more wrinkles you may have. I’m certainly not saying you shouldn’t drink at all, but try to drink more water. Clear water will plump your skin up and it’s also good for your body.
7. Protect your skin from the sun
Finally, ladies, you should always protect your skin from the sun, even if you’re simply going outside for a few hours. Apply a small amount of sunscreen and it will go a long way! Plus, I use many SPF infused beauty products so I know that my skin is protected, even if I don’t apply sunscreen.
