But it is a mere fact that, setting new year fitness resolution and achieving them are two different things. Women just like you already have endless tasks to perform in a day. From caring for your children and husband to cooking, workload in the office to keeping the house spotless, you do plenty of household jobs in a single day.

Doubtlessly, finding an hour for gym or exercise is tough, but if you buy yourself an hour from your busy schedule, you will be delighted with the results. You need serious inspiration to stick with your fitness resolution and that’s what this handy little piece of article has to offer.

1. Find your reason:

This is very important. You can’t just wear your fitness clothing, go to the gym and attack on weights. You need a vision, a goal that you are desired to achieve. You want to lose belly fat and get a flatter tummy or you want to lose 5 or 10 pounds to look sexy like celebs or even if you want to stay fit because you want to impress boys, so be it.
